As CEO and Chairman of Unisono, Ian’s strategic vision positioned it as a leader in healthcare and remote worker safety domains, solidifying its status as a dependable IoT solution provider.

Ian is a world-class, award-winning designer, technologist, inventor and entrepreneur. He has 20 years' experience at the cutting edge of the technology world in Silicon Valley. Ian’s design work has won 4 IDSA (Industrial Designers Society of America) awards, and several patented inventions. Ian has held international leadership roles with Motorola, Citibank Ventures, JP Morgan Chase, Frog, Disney and Singtel.

With a long career in government, community and corporate sectors, she has presented at the United Nations, national and international conferences. Lula Dembele
Lula is a specialist in gender relations and a passionate advocate for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, childhood and adult domestic violence. She has held influential government roles across strategic and social policy. While Assistant Director for Department of Social Services and then in the National Plan Advisory Group, Lula has been instrumental in shaping the National Plan to End Violence Against Women and Children 2022-2032.
